Coil Tubing Engineer
Job Description
- Responsible in ensuring that all standard company process and procedures are strictly followed by every employee in the CT department.
- Accountable for the performance of the Coiled Tubing in maintaining the quality and safety of services.
- Responsible for and monitors that the Coiled Tubing operates within the approved Capital Expenditures and Operating Expenses Budget.
- Continuously drive for cost reduction and improving the level of service, coordinates with finance in monitoring and completion of Capital Expenditures and major Operating Expenses projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on specs and on-time, recommending improvements in the Coiled Tubing services as possible.
- Responsible for and ensures that requirements and policies regarding QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) are in-place and strictly followed; ensures continuous education and improvement of QHSE performance in the department; monitors the development of programs and schedule seminars/training/exercise to all employees in the department.
- Ensures that the Coiled Tubing meets or exceeds the expectations of all customers; fast and accurate order taking, on-time delivery with the right quantity and on-spec products.
- Conduct internal audit and inspection with technical engineer, and HSE to identify what needs improvement and best practice in-place; recommend actions for items that need improvements.
- Provide monthly reports on Spare parts consumption, Monthly revenue, Chemicals and other products utilization, etc.
- Invoice to clients using eTicket software.
- Participate on monthly site visits as HO personnel.
- Ensure all CT documents, SOPs, etc, are up to date in INTELEX.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical/Chemistry Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 years of experience in the oil and gas field or relevant industry.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
