Corporate Planner
Job Description
- Contribute to the development of the organization's long-term strategy by providing insights on operational capabilities and resource requirements.
- Participate in the strategic planning process, ensuring that business plans are aligned with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
- Assist in the periodic review and revision of business plans to reflect changes in the business environment, ensuring adaptability and resilience.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives by providing operational insights and ensuring that business plans are effectively integrated into the strategic framework.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that detail operational strategies, resource requirements, and budget allocations to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business plans with overall corporate strategy, facilitating workshops to gather input and foster collaboration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business strategies and operational performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business planning decisions and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Provide support in the budgeting process, ensuring departmental budgets reflect operational needs and strategic objectives.
- Analyze operational performance data and prepare reports that summarize findings, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and execution of business plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Strategy, Finance, Engineering, Business Management, or any related field.
- Four (4) years of experience.
