Assisting the Manager (Treasury & Risk Dept.) in the following areas:
Managing & optimizing treasury functions in close coordination with the bankers to the company.
Optimizing Working Capital Management of various Service Lines and for Company as a whole.
Assist and coordinate with various Banks to meet the funding requirements of various Service lines.
Principal Accountabilities:
Treasury: Supporting Manager- Treasury & Risk Dept. to manage and optimize the Day-today Treasury functions of the Company to ensure that all Company commitments are honored on time. Coordinate with the company's bankers for all day today banking requirements.
Treasury MIS report: Assisting the Manager- Treasury & Risk in preparing the MIS report of the department in monthly basis.
Receivable and Collection: Coordinating with account receivable team to obtain the aging report, Client following up procedures to ensure the timely receipts of payments.
Supplier Payment: Preparation of payment plan with Manager- Treasury & Risk to ensure the availability of funds to honor the company's outstanding payables.
Bank guarantee management: Coordinating with Business Development Dept. and Banks for all matters related to Bank Guarantees.
Other Areas of Responsibilities:
Reviewing of Book Balance Reconciliation Report.
Preparation of Cash Flow Report
Accounting of Interest Cost and Principle Loan Repayment
End Month Closing Entries related to Banks (accruals and bank reconciliation entries)
Reviewing Bank Reconciliation Statements
Accounting for Interest Income on Fixed Deposit.
