Junior Training Adminstrator
Job Description
- Accountable for booking / confirming course nominations.
- Follow up course completion and issuing certificates.
- Handles activities relating to Accounts Receivable (AR) including raising and submission of customer invoices, follow up for approval of invoices, raising of credit notes, update of invoice tracking data etc.
- Answer and update trainees on their training related queries.
- Generate various training reports for higher management as required.
- Comply with INFITECH Policies and Procedures as outlined in The Training Center Manual.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships by good communications with trainees and clients.
- Liaise with local and international training providers and certification bodies to ensure compliance of training administration processes.
- Identify means of improving efficiency and reducing costs where possible taking into account desired training outcomes, budgets, fees and expenses.
- Contacts trainees about training program.
- Conducts HSE induction for INFITECH Visitors.
- Order and maintain stationery and other supplies as necessary using the company designated systems and processes.
- Document presentation including binding, photocopying and filing.
- Management of utility supplies.
- Liaise with learners and professionals as required.
- Managing learner feedback.
Qualifications:
- Diploma degree in Finance, Business Administration or related area.
- 0 - 2 years of Experience in similar position.
