Senior Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervise and assist in daily warehouse receiving and dispatch areas also including full fill and support operation orders (RIGs ).
- Insure receiving and dispatch requirements as per Inventory manual management procedure.
- Ensuring accuracy of shipments receiving/dispatch are all along with supporting documentation.
- Insure all Receiving material accepted and posted in SAP as per purchase order.
- Ensuring inventory Accuracy by monthly Cycle counting and annual stock count.
- Insuring Issue or Transfer inventory from /To by using SAP STO.
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
- Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
- Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse KPI's.
- Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
- Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
- Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
- Conferring with other supervisors/Assistant WH Manager / WH Manager to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers.
- Maintains a visually appealing warehouse, ensuring proper housekeeping is maintained in an orderly and efficient fashion.
- Undertake other duties that may time to time prove be necessary as directed by
- Assistant WH Manager / WH Manager.
- Build a mechanism for providing the request saving.
- Manage and support the team to create continuous improvement.
- Manage and support the team to achieve and deliver the necessary based on assign projects.
- Delivered any task been assigned by respective management.
- Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent with experience in Inventory Management.
- 7+ years oil and gas industry or Similar Sector.
- 5+ years in similar position. / Similar Scope of work.
