Capable of pumping inhibited acid and other proppant laden stimulation fluids in harsh oilfield environments.
The unit is remotely operated from either a remote control suitcase or a mobile computerized data acquisition and control unit (DATA VAN).
Gardner Denver pump (GD3000™), Triplex with 7.842 to 1 gear ratio, high pressure fluid-end plungers of size 5-in. (76-mm) and with 16.2 bpm max rate at 6000 psi and max working pressure of 17800 psi at 5 bpm.
Hydraulic rigged up system which can help to connect the pumps to the missile in safe and fast way using less man power.
Equipped with a Caterpillar 3512C turbo-charged diesel engine rated 2500 HHP at 1900 RPM (+/- 5%).. It is capable of operating in an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 55°C (32°F – 131°F).
The transmission with 9 speed option and deep first gear ratio creates application flexibility, and allows pumping at lower flow rates and pressure.
