Sand Delivery System (SDS)

  • Capability of transferring of Proppant into fluid system for all possible flow rates during fracturing operations.
  • Storage bin with capability of storing 170 MT of Proppant.
  • Capability of handling of multiple Proppant sizes.

LAS (Liquid Additives System)

  • Stainless steel totes for liquid chemical additive. All tote tanks have permanent and clear volume markers with minimum scale of one (1) gallon
  • Communication link with control room
  • Liquid additive pumps, for all chemicals, including backup pumps for Fracturing additives such as crosslinker and breaker.

High Pressure Frac Pump

  • Capable of pumping inhibited acid and other proppant laden stimulation fluids in harsh oilfield environments.
  • The unit is remotely operated from either a remote control suitcase or a mobile computerized data acquisition and control unit (DATA VAN).
  • Gardner Denver pump (GD3000™), Triplex with 7.842 to 1 gear ratio, high pressure fluid-end plungers of size 5-in. (76-mm) and with 16.2 bpm max rate at 6000 psi and max working pressure of 17800 psi at 5 bpm.
  • Hydraulic rigged up system which can help to connect the pumps to the missile in safe and fast way using less man power.
  • Equipped with a Caterpillar 3512C turbo-charged diesel engine rated 2500 HHP at 1900 RPM (+/- 5%).. It is capable of operating in an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 55°C (32°F – 131°F).
  • The transmission with 9 speed option and deep first gear ratio creates application flexibility, and allows pumping at lower flow rates and pressure.
