Hilal Al Siyabi has over 20 years of extensive experience in leadership roles in the public and private sectors across multiple industries including oil & gas, defence, and aviation.
He has been leading various teams of People Management professionals with global responsibility for all core Human Capital functions including Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Change and Transformation.
He started his career with the Ministry of Defence, then moved to Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) as HR advisor. Prior to joining Abraj, Hilal Al Siyabi was a member of the Executive Management Team at Oman Air where he led the development of Human Capital strategy, policies and procedures that supported the implementation of the company overall strategy.
Hilal holds an MSC degree of Political Science in International Relations and Security Studies from Sultan Qaboos University.
