​Armed with over 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas drilling and Well Services field, Hood al Brashdi joined AES as a Drilling Superintendent in 2018. His tenure has seen him flourish along with the company. Today, he serves as the Acting Business Development Director. In the current role, he leads a team that ensures sustainability and growth of AES business lines including securing contract for existing assets as well as exploring new ventures. Prior to AES, Hood has worked with Petroleum Development Oman for over 8 years progressing in various roles in the Well Engineering Department. ​
