Senior Frac & Stimulation Technical Engineer
Job Description
- Provides Technical and Engineering expertise to Customers in a professional manner.
- Works with engineering software and simulators to provide the Customer with detailed stimulation designs, execution and evaluation. In addition, also performing Frac Modelling with CUSTOMER Engineers.
- Assists in pre-job planning, job execution and post-job interpretation and analysis.
- Reviews technical data from Customers for accuracy and correctness prior to job design and execution.
- Develop and maintain local relationships with customers, agents and interact with key customers to ensure business is maintained and/or developed.
- Must communicate effectively with colleges, management and customers.
- Oversees and guides the Lab Technician and Technical Specialists.
- Operational co-ordination between Company's Muscat office and the field
- Stimulation optimization for drilling and well intervention projects
- Project planning and scheduling meetings.
- Process re-engineering, continuous improvement evaluation and risk assessments
- Generation of cost estimates for required stimulation services
- Project / well post job evaluation and reporting
- Technology resources for stimulation solutions.
- Active participation in all Frac & Stimulation tenders' preparation & submission for both Technical and Commercial.
- Bachelor's degree in petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience.
