Job Description
- Organizes and leads pre-job safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.
- Leads daily planning meetings and discusses operations with Client Representative, segment and third party supervisors.
- Updates forecast and planned activity (7 days and 72 hrs planners) to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services.
- Responsible for checking that equipment and services comply with the contract.
- Manages the auxiliary and ancillary services and subcontractors to comply with client sites requirement (e.g. Mechanical Lifting, Emergency Services like H2S, etc.)
- Manages proper inventory of tangibles such as, but not limited to equipment for all IFS Segment (SMS, Frac and CT), products, as well as rental equipment.
- Manage all Frac jobs as SOP well service pumping standard and HSE standard
- Frac Products and Materials management (water / frac tanks, chemicals and proppant), organization of equipment / layout on location and onsite maintenance, proper testing review, review of PRVs, isolation tool, etc.
- Keep an outstanding communication with the client, to ensure the planning for the upcoming wells are tracked and approved by email.
- Coach and train all levels of the frac crew in order to help them to progress on the career development.
- Keep daily communication with the IFS-Coordinator to ensure a smooth operation and efficient sharing of resources within IFS.
- Implement the accountability matrix to all the employee for any HSE or SQ noncompliance.
- Correct/Remove from location any noncompliance (ie; 3rd parties, uncertified items, etc)
Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Well Control Certificate level 4 ( IWCF ).
- Knowledge of Well Head Isolation Tool.
- Experience in operating DASTRAC
- Solid Knowledge on Acid stimulation or prop Frac and Coil tubing services.
