Achieve Long-Term Zonal Isolation in any Environment
Cement supports and protects well casings and helps achieve zonal isolation. Critical to safer, environmentally sound, and profitable wells, zonal isolation is created and maintained in the wellbore by the cementing process. Whatever your drilling environment or however remote the location, our innovative cementing technologies offer you a range of cementing solutions to achieve zonal isolation for the life of your well.

1. CEMPRO+: An enhanced version of PVI's mud displacement Model, CEMPRO. The key enhancement of CEMPRO+ is the capability of displacement.
2. PlugPRO: Models the displacement hydraulics of fluids and simulates fluids contamination during pipe pull out of hole. PlugPRO aids in optimizing the pumping schedule to minimize contamination within the cement slurry and spacer once the work string is pulled out of hole, ultimately, enhancing wellbore integrity.
3. CEMLife: a cement stress model under development by PVI that will predict the integrity of set cement over a long period of time by stress and thermal analysis. It analyzes 3 types of failure modes (traction, compression, micro-annulus) under various events of temperature and pressure changes.
4. CEMLab: an integrated database management application that formulates slurry, calculates lab amounts for all ingredients (cement, dry and liquid additives, salts and water), generates weigh-up sheets, stores API test results, and generates lab reports.
Lost Circulation:
Abraj provides various packages of lost circulation treatment like LCM03, AbraSEAL and AbraSEAL Plus.
Bridge thief zones that can lead to lost circulation while drilling and cementing and it will lead to:
• Reduced annular coverage
• Poor zonal isolation
• Casing corrosion
• Loss of production
• Reduced safety
Mud Removal:
Drilling Fluids Removal for Improved Long-Term Zonal Isolation
Incomplete mud removal, prior to cementing operations, could result in:
• Inter-zonal communication
• Production of unwanted fluids
• Gas migration
• Loss of hydrocarbon productions
• Casing Corrosion
• Underground blowout
Cementing Equipment:
State of the Art Cementing Equipment
Trailer Mounted Twin cementing fleet is equipped with SPM triplex pumps, powered by 600 BHP GMC/Caterpillar diesel engines. These units have a recirculating precision slurry mixer, providing high energy mixing rates, equipped with computer for Automatic Density Control and remotely operated up to 165 ft. The high-resolution recording system records all pertinent job parameters in real time.
Cementing Systems and Additives:
Reaching Wider Depths and Temperatures
Abraj uses high-end cementing materials and additives that allow completion of cementing projects that cover a wide range of depths and temperatures.
The wide selection of Abraj chemicals and additives enables any slurry to be customized for the demands of each well.
