Khalid Al Kindi is an accomplished corporate governance and board administration professional with over 35 years of experience across the public and private sectors in the Sultanate of Oman. As Board Secretary of ABRAJ Energy Services, he supports the Board of Directors and its committees by strengthening governance practices, enhancing board effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating strategic decision-making.

Throughout his career, Khalid has held senior governance and board leadership roles across several prominent national organizations, including Oman Airports, Oman Aviation Group, the Civil Aviation Authority, and the Crisis Management Board of Directors. He has worked closely with boards, executive management, regulators, and shareholders to develop governance frameworks, oversee board and committee operations, strengthen compliance and risk oversight, and drive organizational performance and accountability.

Khalid holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and administrative & financial sciences from Al-Ahlia Amman University, Jordan.
