Education and skills
Energy projects rely on people with the right skills at the right time. ABRAJ develops technical, operational and leadership capability through hands-on training and collaboration with local institutions. The result is a stronger talent pipeline that supports employability, career growth and national resilience.
Social initiatives
Our community programmes prioritise wellbeing, inclusion and expanded opportunity. They are shaped through active stakeholder engagement and built around measurable results. By working closely with trusted local partners, ABRAJ supports education, youth development and initiatives that strengthen resilience across Oman’s communities.
