Muscat, September 4th — Abraj Energy Services, Oman's leading oil and gas services provider, is pleased to announce its partnership with the Oman Energy Association (OPAL) to launch the HSE Practitioner Program. The groundbreaking initiative aimed at advancing health, safety, and environmental standards in the energy sector.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been inked by Eng. Saif Al Hamhami, CEO of Abraj Energy Services, and Eng. Mohammed Al-Naabi, CEO of OPAL.
The collaborative partnership marks a significant step toward enhancing industry standards and aligns with Abraj Energy Services' commitment to fostering in-country value. By advancing Oman's strategic development priorities, Abraj is dedicated to enhancing local capabilities and contributing to the sustainable growth of Oman's social and economic development.

Over the next 18 months, 32 candidates will receive practical training at Infitech, Abraj's training center. The program will focus on providing these future professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in the energy sector.

Abraj Training Center (Infitech) has a proven track record of delivering successful training programs that contribute to a well-trained workforce in Oman. To date, Infitech has completed similar programs for 18 candidates under the OPAL HSE Apprenticeships program and 109 candidates in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering disciplines in collaboration with major oil and gas companies in the industry. These efforts demonstrate our ongoing commitment to developing national talent and enhancing the capabilities of Oman's workforce.
