for the future of energy

Achieving 100% Omanisation in senior management reflects our long-term commitment to developing talent from within. Through structured development, succession planning, and continuous learning, ABRAJ creates an environment where Omani professionals grow into leadership roles within a diverse global workforce.

With 93% Omanisation across 2,498 employees representing 21 nationalities, we continue to build a skilled and resilient workforce. In 2025, we delivered 60,672 training hours, averaging 24.3 hours per employee across technical, leadership, and capability development.

For years we said we created value
for Oman. In 2025 we proved it.

In November 2025, IBN HAYAN Chartered Accountants independently verified ABRAJ's in-country value contribution, making us the first company in Oman to receive the National ICV Certificate. The certification recognises our contribution across local employment, procurement, SME development, and community investment.

This achievement was followed by the MAJD Award for Best Local Content Programme, reinforcing the measurable impact of our commitment to Oman.

We do not just operate in these communities. We belong to them.

ABRAJ’s roots are in the communities of Oman’s interior, including Adam, Ibri, Haima, Nizwa, and Sur. Through local partnerships and community investment, we support the places where our people live and work. In 2025, we invested OMR 150,000 across 21 community projects, becoming the first company in Oman to have this commitment independently certified.
