Progress that lasts.

Zero Harm Philosophy

Safety is not a department. It is a decision.

ABRAJ's Zero Harm philosophy shapes every meeting, every plan, and every shift. Every employee has the authority to stop work if conditions are unsafe. In 2025, this culture supported our busiest drilling year on record while maintaining ISO 45001 certification and earning PDO's highest HSE performance rating for Hoist 04 and Rig 108.

“ABRAJ consistently demonstrates that high-volume drilling and high safety standards are not in conflict. Their Green Band performance is hard-earned and genuinely reflects how they operate on the ground.”
